Proudly Chef-Crafted in NYC
Recipes and ratios perfected by a James Beard Award–winning chef, Marco Canora. Nothing like boxed broth.
Ready in 60 Seconds
Single-serve pouches heat fast—comforting, nourishing broth anytime you need it.
Less Sodium, More Flavor
Most broths pack 700–900mg per cup. Brodo averages just 300–375mg—delicious without the salt bomb.

Most broths are just water and concentrates—it’s cheap and easy. Brodo refuses shortcuts. We roast real bones, simmer organic vegetables, and let the flavor concentrate naturally. It costs more, but that’s why it tastes nothing like store-bought broth.

Where do your bones come from?
All of our bones come from trusted cooperatives and family farms that share our commitment to quality and sustainability. We carefully select our suppliers to ensure that the bones we use come from ethically raised animals, supporting both responsible farming practices and high-quality ingredients. We believe that sourcing from these smaller, more mindful operations makes all the difference in the quality of our broths.
Is your packaging free of BPA, PFAs and phthalates?
Yes! We spent lots of time researching the best possible packaging from all angles, including the materials used to make the packaging.
